  1. alltough i had to be riding im 100% sure going from 1 to 12 on a simple rotating shifter was at least 40% faster it's just twist and its on 12 lmao

  2. Yes but now its not a bike its a thing that needs to be charged replaced and maintained otherwise you have no bike. I like putting wd40 on my mechanical parts then eating some cereal then riding for however i like whenever and wherever i like, without having to worry about oil planned obsolescence electricity

  3. At 8 to ten thousand euro for a bike with this fitted and i wonder how much energy is used in its manufacture, a type vaiamatic pulley system would be cheaper and would be automatic

  4. looks amazing…but im sure that its really not worth the cost over conventional shimano setups!!! even the top of line ones!!! so yeah sometimes idea are cool but make zero sense economically!!! ive just noticed most people are commenting the same thing!!! Its just not worth the cost for what it does!!! and i have no idea what retail price even is!!! but gears and casings arent cheap!!!

  5. why to create something, that already works very well. Like, its a bike, if you want something with motor or something else, buy a scouter

  6. Uh, my bike is €100, 10 years old, and has the gearbox integrated in the rear hub. It has 7 gears and shifts as fast as I can turn the knob. What is this over-engineered thing that doesn't work when your battery dies?
