Most people don’t realize that having longer arms can mean you won’t stay in posture as long! It can also affect how you apply rotational forces around your body!

I've been working on keeping my hands up since the last time I saw you. Making progress!
FINALLY someone who understands that not all of us have quick and/or strong hips!!!
Great video! Was wondering about the combination of wider wingspan+fast hips (thats me), should I still aim for high arms at the top and steeper plane?
Hate to ask this question but will this swing technique help with our drivers?
awful video. so long-winded.
4:05 HEY! I can rotate I JUST GOT LONG ARMS! A new instuctor recently told me my wingspan is 2 inches longer than my height (i'm 5'6) and told me the same thing, I gotta go high and not as deep around my chest. Doing this should I feel the hands just work down back to where they were at address basically? Thanks!
I just finally started getting this worked in a few days ago. Wish I would have found your channel before this. My wingspan and height are only centemeters diffrent. My back swing is higher now and I use my height as an advantage for club speed with gravity since I cant rotate my hips good.
Sooo good coach! Watching replays.
After YEARS of absolute shit golf, I finally stopped following “trying to get shallow” and followed this advice about following my body’s natural high swing plane (wingspan is 4-5 inches longer than my height). Just had the best range session of my life. Hit it further and straighter than I ever had with no pain in my body.
Thanks, Matt!!!🔥
