  1. Love all of your videos. Watching you gives me some great idea's. I just know when I m upset 😡 I go into cleaning idea's and I start decluttering my house and my mind. That's how people can tell I'm upset. Tfs and try to stay cool. Love ya hun. Laura 🎉

  2. This video reads like a therapists list of coping skills for common depression/anxiety symptoms, i love it. More people need access to advice like this.   3. Great tips and advice. I have so much gratitude towards you. Often I get overwhelmed because I don't set boundaries. I am a caring person, but often I forget there has to be a balance, I have to allow time for myself too, otherwise I feel overwhelmed. Saying "no" is okay. Going to check out your aunts book, sounds very helpful. Thank you for all your encouraging advice❤

  4. My mind is actually fucked up its brain fogging, forgetfulness, delaying things , lethargy feel a lot better after throwing my phone away it was super hard for first 3 days i was literally irritating and fidgeting with things it was so bad i now know how drugs fuck up people
