    I agree with Kinobody over someone else. I feel dirty now.
    Intensity, not volume, drives muscle growth, and recovery and growth take longer than most people think. I'm making better gains lifting once, maybe twice a week and only doing one working set to failure per exercise than I did training 5 days a week for volume.

  3. 2-3x week is best for most people. Full Body or U/L is optimal especially if you are doing other things like hard cardio and gpp. I thought you were the athletic guy? No pro athlete is doing ppl 6x week.

  5. Yes and Greg the type of guy who used to work out three times a week but now he is actually focusing on maintaining his muscle although it is possibe to gain muscle working out twice a week

  6. He usually worksout 3X per week but is more going for moderate strength gains and not really gaining any muscle, more of maintenance. Also he advocates for lean bulking when wanting ot add size, he's just on a moderate deficit now. Best to read on what he actually does and where he's at with his goals

  7. This one is just all wrong. Greg has said multiple times that 2x a week is when he’s traveling for example,otherwise 3X a week. This way you can go train and every time you go it’s a high intensity workout.

  9. Bro u stupid he does 2x lifting weights and other daya he doin another sports like boxing, calisthenics etc. Someone focuses their lifes, but someones dont like gymrats. Its necessary for me to dont be fatigued for focus my life.
