  5. can De Minaur hit a winner? his every shot looks like a soft defense return, I haven't seen him hit agressive winner once in these highligts, seems like just Fokina's errors made him win this

  7. It's a big oportunity for Sinner to win a big title (and take off a lot of pressure). Foki has one of his off days, but he did a good tournament

  10. Doesn’t matter how well or hard any of these guys hit the ball. None of them have memorable personas and the whole field these days is full of chokers. All but Alcaraz. He’s literally the only gutsy, clutch player under 30 these days. This final will be the least watched or attended in the Tournament’s history. Did you see the resale sites this morning? Half the arena was available and the prices were better than any face value finals ticket prices 5-20 years ago lol. You could sit anywhere. What a joke this sport has become for spectators.
    Like who even watched Break Point? I’m a huge tennis fan and the first ep is about Kyrgios who’s a gigantic P.O.S GOOF and nobody cares about him except dumb kids who think he’s cool so they lost most of their audience out of the gate. This sport needs a serious renaissance.

  11. None of de Minaurs shots seem to have any power, don’t know him well enough, was that a strategy for Fokina or just the way he plays?

  12. Who had this incredibly dumb idea of making hard courts THIS slow? Might as well just put a clay court on there then. If all you have are boring pusher-rallies where pushers succeed, whats the point of hard courts then? Pathetic.

  13. Players that play like De Minaur are incredibly boring. All they do is run and push the ball over the net, living off of the other's errors. Pathetic.

  26. Foki's de-meanor (😉) was quite telling. Not taking anything away from Alex's superb performance, but ADF kind of handed over the match to his opponent. I hope he can redeem himself come US Open.
