Good breakdown, Gary Russell made some great points yet certain things are more obvious. It doesn’t matter how many boxing skills you have if none of those skills pertain to defense. The rhetoric is comical at best, how can a fighter have a high boxing IQ but doesn’t defend himself as a P4P Champion? I do like Bud though, he fights his ass off and will certainly show up to this contest READY!

Logic dictates a different approach. You cannot stand in front of Errol Spence Jr that long, his stamina is to great. After that you have to worry about his footwork which is incredible for a fighter of that size. I have seen three types of stances in the very same fight, while always facing his opponent in the ring. That means it is extremely difficult to get around him. And if that wasn't the only problems he have to deal with. That jab and that body attack has far reaching effects that could slow down a fighter like Terrence Crawford, that relying on side in and out movement to catch Errol's footwork off guard. He would have to be first in getting off his shots. And that means he faces getting hit often as he sets his own offensive shots up. To me what Shawn Porter was doing, by side stepping allot. That is the only way he might not get hit as much as I have seen Terrence Crawford gets hit. One thing that seems to confuse the masses. Errol Spence Jr will be landing the more effective attacks on Terrence Crawford. If he wants to last a little while longer, it's the only strategy I have seen that might give Errol Spence Jr some trouble. Other than that I am sure Derrick James will have a plan in place for all that. And to make matters worse, Errol Spence Jr makes very quick adjustments in the ring even before he is told to do so. The other strategy is to stay away as much as possible and try to make Errol Spence Jr use more energy in tracking him down. They both have their drawbacks. For one the inside favors Errol Spence Jr by a country mile, the other has him cutting off the ring and pounding the body, if he stays inside too long that jab is going to kill him. Terrence Crawford will need a very good pivot with a hook to catch him in a few places. To me it's very risky to do that, but what choices do Terrence Crawford have, not many.
