  1. People with actual knockout power, usually pull back their punches ALOT in sparring. They know how serious it would’ve been if they didn’t. The opposite is often true with people that don’t have any power. They go super hard in sparring, to make up for what they haven’t got.

This guy can never take him self serious enough to actually be anything more than a c+ fighter because in reality he doesn’t want to fail at being his best ..the way he acts is all a facade to hide how weak he really is … it’s kinda like how Jon would do coke the weekend before fights to have a built in excuse just in case ,, only diff is that insanity is why Jon is great n why he is who he is ,,Sean’s version is why he will always be average at best …

  4. If anyone has seen the clips Alex put up on his channel of them sparring, it was basically the fight all over again. Did focus on helping Sean put combinations together, which helped.
