  1. LIV players made a lot of money … The PGA Tour players, although not as much, have made a lot more money. And since the PGA Tour is a non-profit organization they are NOT suppose to make any money… Although the TOUR found 150 million dollars to spend this last couple of years. Phil Michelson filed a lawsuit because Jay Monahan Banned him from the TOUR even though he was a "Lifetime member"… Don't blame Phil … Blame Jay for overstepping …

  2. Its only 1 year in and LIV has a growing fan bass, And why would you have Jay any were near the PGA this scum bag sold out the Players.

  3. The LIV Golf product is going nowhere. The PIF would seemingly destroy any trust in their investment projects if they canned it!

  4. If a fair few of the LIV 'big names' decide to 'jump back' since their pockets are well filled, then the future of LIV as a globe-wandering 'star attraction' looks pretty dismal.

  5. Stop asking sports guys and talk to businessman. The PGA entered into this deal because they had no choice. They are not in the position of power in this deal. This deal is controlled by PIF not PGA. LIV has a better chance of surviving than the PGA because the Saudi's invested a billion dollars in LIV and are not going to close it. What has happened is LIV just got access to the media revenues that the PGA was blocking them from. You are looking the wrong way.

  6. 2 boomers have a chat with no clue what they are talking about. Time for both to get their booster. 🤡🐑

  7. There's no chance that LIV Golf's team concept will ever be a part of the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup season. My guess is that LIV will indeed be disbanded after 2023 (or 2024 at the very latest) — and some sort of big money team events will continue to be held during the PGA Tour's offseason (Sept-Dec). And given that those months are football season in the U.S., I'd wager that these events (which would be open to PGA Tour players…and maybe even LPGA Tour players if they really open things up) will be held outside of North America in places like Australia and the Middle East. This would accomplish multiple goals. 1) It would provide golf's biggest names with big $$ playing opportunities during the Tour's offseason, 2) These events would be held in places like Australia that would support them, and 3) It wouldn't interfere with the PGA Tour season in any way.

  8. This guy has been wrong at every turn… way too biased towards the pga tour

  9. LIV’s going nowhere. The Saudis didn’t pour $500 million into LIV to shut it down.🤦‍♂️

  10. Nobody cares about anything but the Majors. And The Players. The Charles Swaub and Travellers and who cares. I can barely stay awake for the back 9 Sunday.

  11. The players who left should not be punished for basically doing what that turd Monahan did…grab his bag and run. If anything…Rory should pull money from his wallet and pay the players he convinced to stay.

  12. They want create valuable franchises worth billions. LIV is the only way to do it.
Also, the idea of the new entity is to schedule events so they don’t compete. It’s unreal how uninformed these talking heads are.

  13. LOOK LIV WILL BE THERE BECAUSE THR SOUDIE'S WANT IT IF ANYONE GOES IT WILL BE THE PGA BECAUSE ITS GOING BROKE AS SOON AS TOP PLAYERS SNIFF THIS OUT THEY WILL BE OFF TO LIV END OF PGA

  14. Anyone who thinks LIV will magically disappear once this deal is made is a delusional idiot 😂 It’s just getting warmed up, haters are coping hard right now, the tail doesn’t wag the dog…

  15. The Saudi's invested over $1bil in payments to LIV players and they are just going to sit by and watch them be benched after LIV ceases….lol….yeah, right.

  16. Omg – you’re so wrong. The PIF invested in Liv and unlike Americans they look at things long term. Not going away.

  17. LOL, when you are so dumb that you can’t see what’s actually happening. The Line, LIV, more more more and these clowns talk about their concepts losing money…they don’t care as they gain influence and favor.

  18. So PIF is going to allow the players who supported them get punished. That is such an ignorant take. Of course they have lost money. It’s a first year start up. Any startup hopes the first year to actually make money is the third year.

  19. You have to hand it to Greg Norman. He changed pro golf forever, which was his goal. He wanted the players to play less and earn more, and have more independence. And he did it. It was a shot through the heart of the current PGA model.

  20. 😂 they just signed a multi year deal with other brands and courses. The liv players do not want to go back to the pgat grind. Why continue that narrative

  21. lIV players aren’t going to Korn ferry tour. Stop! When you say stuff like that it’s hard to take anything else seriously

  22. It’s funny to listen to LIV haters discuss the deal. Most of what was said in this interview was BS. LIV guys have zero interest going back.

  23. It's all puppet play fix job ! Norman are you selling out ! Are you Subjecting players to more PGA. Evil!!
