The lines on a pilots uniform are called epaulets and realistically it should have been 4 as that indicates a captain but otherwise awesome look overall

I'd have a new most hated team for sure. Watching Ryanair end dead last would be my main source of entertainment each race.
You mention Rolls-Royce aircraft engines which is true, but a little detail is that Ryanair only operates Boeing 737 aircraft which uses only CFM engines, CFM being a joint company between General Electric Aerospace and Safran Aircraft Engines, meaning that Ryanair have 0 connection to Rolls-Royce at all.
Likely also Boeing as a sponsor since all of the RyanAir aircraft are Boeing 737s.
