  1. Jim Miller: Fields has to overcome the hurdle of being banged up in a minor way

Doesn't every player in the league that isn't a kicker have to deal with minor injuries?

  2. I believe Justin will throw for 240 to 245 yards per game which is lower than I'd like but that is because they will run the ball a lot.

  3. I don’t care if DJ gets 100 receptions or more, it doesn’t matter, they have three really good receivers and a rookie who is explosive, plus the other guys pedis, and ESB, or also great team players, who won’t expect that many receptions… But if Mooney, Claypool and DJ average anywhere from 65 to 80 receptions And about 700 to 900 yards… That’s just fine… There’s only one ball and I know they’re going to run it, I just hope they pass to the running backs more often… I know they’re going to use the short game, slant, Jones should get the ball in the situation because of his electric speed if it’s not Scott… they have a lot of weapons, even a Ebner is not being used yet… The office is going to be much better even if shady shit head doesn’t think so.

  4. That’s right call Kmet’s is going to need the ball as well as Robert Tonyan… That means they’re going to have to throw the ball at least 30 times a game… If not more. But I really could care less… As long as they play better, and start winning or if Justin improved a lot… I’m happy with that. And of course they should be running the ball at least 25 times or more per game… And if people want to criticize Justin because he doesn’t throw from more than 250 yards… Who cares? It doesn’t matter..

  5. I really like Jim Miller, but as a quarterback, most of his throws were to stationary targets… They would run the route and sit… He didn’t throw that many passes when the receiver was in full stride, nor did he throw many guys open… It was usually curl or sit and wait for the ball. Not a criticism just an observation. And the offense should be balanced.. I don’t want Justin to throw for 350 yards avg.. and I think he should run if the short pass wont yield much.. and just as Tom said.. he can get into the end zone on nearly every break away or at least get much more real estate because of his explosive capabilities..

  6. They clearly cut out or forgot to include the Adam Rank segment and put it in the title. Genius

  7. Adam Rank controls his optimism so much he doesn’t even say a word…
Nice job BEARS Weekly, is this what we can expect all year?
    Very disappointed.
I would be fired if I made a mistake like that….

  8. If DJ gets 125 targets, they throw more to RBs, and feed Tonyan, Kmet, Mooney and Claypool, Justin’s arm might get tired.

  9. The RB group this year doesn't have quality pass catchers, so we should toss out the expectation that we will rely on it.

  10. EVERY DAY I THANK ODIN AND THE GODS THAT I AM FROM THE SAME CITY THE BEARS CALL HOME…
AND THEY HAVE THE SWEETEST MOST BEAUTIFUL VOICE YOU COULD HAVE WITHOUT BEING A DEMI GOD..MR. JEFF JONIAK

  11. It's just "self-correcting", Jim; not "self-correcting himself".
I know sometimes people can make an error in the moment, but you repeated it.
Be better, dude; you're a Michigan State graduate.

  12. Jim talks about the packers pick on every show. i’m truly concerned her didn’t watch the tape nor listen to the Wide out discuss his poor route which on a comeback is most important… Jim stop being lazy!

  13. Jim Miller made a pass 2002 against Falcons where he got hit in pocket lost football and regathered it and dropped dime to #84. Game was in Atlanta.
