A couple recent swings from some lessons at Westlake with George Gankas and Johnny Ruiz.
I just recently started leaving my left heel down again after spending the last year picking it up and replanting it for a bit of extra speed.
We’ll see how I adjust to it over time but for now im hoping it’s a bit more of a simple move with less things that could impact contact and ball flight.
