  2. Thanks Gabby!! And for the older folks, stretching is all the more important before even getting out there, so I make it a point to stretch out well and loosen up nice and slow before going 100%

  3. If you're swinging correctly you shouldn't have back trouble especially at your age you shouldn't ride in the carts either

  4. A good stretch and a tenz unit when I sit down for some tv keeps the ole backiotomy out of play. 😅

  5. Nice stretches Gabby. I do a modified version of your first two stretches by incorporating a hard roller under my lower back while doing those same two stretches. Keep up the awesome videos!

  6. Keeping your stomach muscles and upper leg muscles in shape will take strain off your back in addition to the good stretching you're doing

Those are great ways to loosen muscles though there's one that you didn't do instead of crossing your foot over your knee, keep one leg straight, then have the other leg knee up and rotate the torso keeping your shoulders flat, until the knee overlaps the other leg and touches the floor. Try that both sides left knee to the right and right knee to the left for an additional increase in the rotation 🥰
