Quick question. What do you think is better when practicing at the range, starting from short clubs working my way up to driver, or starting from driver and working my way down to short clubs?

I just tried long -> short sequence today at the range and it made me hit my irons pure right away as opposed to starting with irons!
I still have one recurring problem in my driver swing every sessions though, when I push my left leg in the DS I tend to extend my body vertically and therefore changing my spine angle to be more vertical in down the line view. How could I eliminate this problem? Also, is this problem the source for the hook shots?

@DrKwonGolf I occasionally go right under the golf ball and pop it up…is this because I am not waiting at the top of my swing?
