Only way one can win over city is by counter attacking like liverpool usually or manutd this season or with set pieces and headers. Arsenal not playing either and usually wont. Should have gone with a narrow 4-5-1 and 2-5-3 like sometime nagelsmann does

Did anybody observe the "Plus two, minus one" pattern of passing when city had an extra man in the midfield? I think it was a key tactic for city to beat arsenal's midfield.
(+2, -1: Pass the ball to a midfielder who is two lines ahead but is marked by the opponent; Then flick it back to the pivot who was being cover shadowed by the striker/CAM who then can run into the space.)
