Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

  1. Dang this guy is amazing, great score of 67 and quite a few putts didn’t drop, ie he could go lower. What is it his fairway wood, the sound of that thing when he hits it, like a bullet from a gun! He smokes that thing.

  2. One of the cleanest ball striking rounds you will see. seemed to struggle with the greens being slower today. great round still. going to be very hard to beat if he keeps this up.

  3. Really happy for him. He's been suffering from injuries but now he looks very close or even in prime form. Also shoutout to the amateur Sam Bennett for being in second!

  4. By my account he could have easily been 3 to 6 strokes better if thats even possible although he did make all of his 4 to 6 foot putts . He played as rock solid as @Thunder said . This is his tournament .

  5. With all due respect & without prejudice, Shame to Masters golf & PGA to accept 18 Liv golf players to play , by the same token preventing others18 PGA regular golfers playing in that tournament. In my humble opinioni ts UNFAIR! I wonder how the crowd will react if a Live golf player win.

  6. I was waiting for an Arab in a white sheet running up to him on the last hole and stuffing hundreds in his pocket, then turn around and try to purchase a 12 year old little girl

  7. It's no surprise that announcers are not talking about the brilliant round of Brooks Koepka on the coverage being the leader right now I wonder WHY. Although the PGA rankings might be skewed towards their top 10 players, Koepka is healthy and ready to make a statement. Even without the likes of Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas, Koepka consistently cracks them mentally on high stake tournaments and makes a huge move.

  8. A LIV golfer may win the Masters. Unbelievable that an "exhibition golfer" from a "washed up" tour might have more major wins than the PGA poster boy McIlroy, who's going to miss the cut. Yikes. Let's go Brooks!

  9. Cwazie. Liv golfers have something to prove. Just because they switched leagues they are still some of the best golfers in the world. Do I support Liv. The answer is no. These guys wouldn't have anything if the PGA didn't exist. I hate to see players move to another tour just for money. 😮😮😮

  10. They put him in the morning slot instead of prime time and paid for it. Perfect morning conditions compared to the evening. Also ESPN fails to mention that he's a LIV Golf player.
