Close fight does not necessarily mean close score cards. When rounds can go either way, judges will score based on which attribute they prefer most. Do they like the constant jabbing and movement or the infrequent but heavier punches and aggression? Also, the 2 judges scores are very similar which tells more they are having similar preference than the 3rd judge who apparently likes Diaz aggression.
