  1. Great lesson Dr.Kwon! Sometimes getting the knees working with the pelvis is hard. Is this common with taller players? Or players with upper body dominance? “The key here is learning to use the ground effectively using the lower body.”

Nice to see he made some good improvements to his motion. Hopefully he keeps working on it! I am impressed with his athleticism. 👏🏻👏🏻

  2. Great video. Have any of your older players experienced knee pain in lead leg? I maybe pushing too hard into the ground.

  3. Thanks for another informative video Dr Kwon. If one engages the legs, pelvis and shoulders correctly and then throws the arms well will the club naturally move along a functional swing plane? Or, is it necessary to consciously manipulate the hands, wrists, arms and body to shallow the swing plane correctly in the downswing?

  4. Great term "vertical rhythm". Dr. Kwon, does a little knee bend at address help on the right leg knee extension in the backswing….give you a lower point to push up off from?
