The PGA TOUR is set for a thrilling week at the WM Phoenix Open as a star-studded field is the focus at the most attended event of the year. Rory McIlroy is making his first PGA TOUR start since winning THE CJ CUP in South Carolina in October. McIlroy has, however, played five times on the DP World Tour since that win, recording five top-5 finishes, including a win at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic. Eight of the world’s top-10 golfers are in the field, including world No. 2 Scottie Scheffler and world No. 3 Jon Rahm. Rahm currently leads in the FedExCup Standings and has won four of his last six starts combined on the PGA TOUR and DP World Tour. Meanwhile, Scheffler is looking to become the first golfer since Hideki Matsuyama (2016-17) to win back-to-back titles at TPC Scottsdale. Sam Ryder returns to TPC Scottsdale after making a hole-in-one on the famous 16th hole in 2022. Other names to look out for include Shane Lowry, Collin Morikawa and Patrick Cantlay, who returns after a playoff loss last season.

  1. American's truly know how to cheapen everything….especially Republican American, the true trash of that country….

  2. Truly The People's Open.

I absolutely love how much the crowd goes crazy for the greenskeeper doing the hole cutting

  3. Dear Ukrainians, while bombs rain on you, Ukrainians become refugees and Ukrainians are killed in the conflict, Americans continue to enjoy their lifestyle such as golf tournaments. All because you have a clown president who is willing to be an american puppet. So sorry and sad for Ukraine.

  4. Golf is keeping the heart of america alive. Take that gender confused Gen Z’ers. These fans are true Men and Women of America

  5. These fans don't pay any fees to enter….perhaps free…or maybe there's a ticket…anyone knows?

  6. OMG, the run to the 16th hole is like said – fundraiser marathon. And amazingly for golf? Guess it is more about atmosphere than these people being golfers themselves, maybe?

  7. What an event! Golf NEEDS more stuff like this! This energy will grow the game faster than ever.

  8. The sheer joy of cutting the hole 🕳 Jesus this has to be on every 20-45 year old golfers bucket list. And sponsors pay attention because WE are the people buying your toys. This is Bob Does Sports energy!

  9. Shooter McGavin having a conniption
"Damn you people this is golf! Not a rock concert!"

  10. I would love to hit 1 golf shot there on #16 and I would pump up the crowd like rickie fowler does.

  11. LIV golf must have taken the inspiration and idea directly from the 16 th at the Pheonix Open.

  12. I don’t know why but this made me emotional. Love seeing people getting along, singing together, and cheering others on…🇺🇸

  13. What a raucous, zany celebration this has evolved into! Looks like the crowds here at 16 have taken notes from the SF Bay to Breakers run! I think this is fabulous for golf, but I don't think I'd like to see it spill over to events like the Open or the Masters. Appreciate that the PGA Tour is willing to expand their playlist of entertainment options here by allowing this sideshow and producing vignettes for us to view like this. And one must always remember to "Punch that Hole" and wash your balls!

  14. Definitely a great representation of the billions of morons who covered their faces with Chinese paper and inject themselves with Pfizer poison twice a year…

  15. It's repulsive how idiotic and immature people under 40 behave. Throwing cans and bottles out onto the course, never shut up booing as if any of them could hit a ball better, no. They need to destroy those stupid stands and not allow anyone in anywhere at a PGA event that's under 40 years old. Stay home and play your video games and act stupid and tear up your own property pathetic millennials.
