  1. I'm definitely going to have to scale to bar muscle ups… so we would like to see the scaled options. Thanks.

  2. title: "…23.1 standards", later in the video "… for the official movement standards…download the official scorecard" WTF? xd

  3. Scaled (16-54)

    ♀ 10-lb ball to 9 ft, hanging knee raises, 65-lb cleans, chin-over-

    bar pull-ups

♂ 14-lb ball to 10 ft, hanging knee raises, 95-lb cleans, chin-

    over-bar pull-ups

  4. That's a ring muscle up.. probably describe it as such, instead of getting peoples hopes up

  5. SCALED:
Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
    60-calorie row
    50 hanging knee raises
    40 wall-ball shots
    30 cleans
    20 chin-over-bar pull-ups
    ♀ 10-lb ball to 9-ft target, 65-lb cleans
    ♂ 14-lb ball to 10-ft target, 95-lb cleans

  6. Thats me out of the open, not accesible for someone training from home, no rower, not enough space, no rings, no box close to me. I know the equipment list did stated these, but with the whole drive to attract garrage gym athletes to the open, I thought at least these workouts would be accesible to athletes like myself. Aaah well, thats money wasted, guess I will have to look for an alternative sport in the future. Good luck to those of you privelaged enough to compete!

  7. What’s with the whole ball being over the line? Hope athletes have a good angle when recording their workout.
