10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
5 Box/Broad Jumps
Rest 60 Seconds between Rounds
Asymmetry – 3 Rounds
10 DB/KB Split Jerks
10 Single Leg RDL
10 Spit Stance Med Ball Slams (All 5 Each Side)
Rest as needed between Rounds
Workout – 3 Rounds For Time
200m Run or 15 Cal Bike/Ski/Row
12 Single Arm Snatch (6 Each Arm)
6 Lateral Flow Med Ball Slams (3 each side)
