  2. Now I know how to complete the back swing and have a check point to know if I did right-. New ground being broken here in teaching instruction. Love it. The best.

  3. I am dubious. The idea of "holding" a maximum stretched position is not kinesthetically engraining the ideal place to get to. Different muscles are firing in the held position relative to the correct sequencing of a backswing. Compare to Dr Mean and the importance of dynamic movement. Also see long driving competitors. Increasing the speed of the takeaway creates momentum that automatically extends the backswing while allowing the necessary sequence (where the downswing and lag begins before the backswing is finished. There is no static place in a good swing.

  4. How much left knee bend can I use if any when doing this drill? It feels like dreaded reverse K if I don't bend the knee at all. Noticed DJ had both knees bent in his entire swing.

  5. I just watched this on tv and came on here to say man I like this guy. I tried some drills from another vid which was right on time after listening to Penicks book on a plane ride. I love these feels. Been doing super slowmo drills with a bigass pipe wrench in my basement in front of a mirror😆. Is Trevor on that skillest app?
