Holding a golf club in both hands at arm’s length
Have your left hand facing the body and your right hand facing forward
Adopt your golf address stance, then lower into a squat
From your squat, drive your legs to standing, whilst taking both arms away from the body to your left
Try to turn your torso and your hips whilst raising your left-hand high aiming to get your right shoulder under your chin as you reach standing posture
Pause for a second before returning to your squat position
Aim to complete 10 repetitions maintaining good posture and then repeat to the right, remembering to swap hand positions
