I test and take on the golf course the new Mizuno JPX923 Hot Metal HL iron and explain why I feel this golf club is going to be a game changer for any golfer that has a slower swing speed. This golf club will provide higher launch, more backspin, and help the senior golfer as well as a golf player that has a slow clubhead speed.

I thought we've been told that the stronger lofts were to offset the lower CG weight placement, and the strong lofts still hit the ball high? Now the majority of golfers don't have the swing speed, so need more loft? It's all getting either confusing or a little duplicitous. Even if you take a minority like Lefties for example. Mizuno have decided to offer the standard HM's and HM Pro's in LH with the stronger lofts but not the HL's. It's not making much sense to me, but maybe I'm missing something Mike.
