  2. How many repetitions of this will it take for it to become second nature, Christina? This one I'm going to have trouble with. Will probably need to practice against a wall for a while to ingrain the feel of it. I do like the results it brings to the swing. Thank you for sharing.

  4. Yes!!!!! I love your videos and never got the squat, jump & extend. This however works for me. Used it today and felt so powerful. You're right about the pull so needed be mindful. Felt like I got mega-power from the ground & hit through the target w/o the jump piece. Yeah, I'm not jumping like Justin or Lexy but got tons of distance & compressed the ball so much easier! Thanks for all you do!
