  1. Mr. Carter!!!!
I started golfing about 2 years ago and with the help of all of your tip videos, I broke 85 (84) about a month ago for the first time. With MAJOR thanks to you and all of your instructional videos…I just smashed past 80 today with a 5 over 77!!!!
Like I said many times in the past, thank you so much for making things so easy to understand and helping us average golfers!! Now to break 75!!!
    Edit: this actually happened yesterday.

  2. Andy, thanks for a great video. I feel as if I have gained the knowledge for a better swing, but lack the ‘feel’ and hence lack the execution. To add to your points, I had a big hook when I played previously. Gave up the game for an extended period of time. Now as a super-senior have come back to it but with a big push to the right, just can’t seem to close the face of the club. I am a natural lefty playing right handed. Guess my Dad thought it would be an advantage. So far not so much. Watched a few videos this week about eye dominance and realized I was left eye dominance. Why is that important? Two things. Allows me to align to the target, I don’t need to focus on an intermediate point but more importantly, it means when I look down at the ball in the swing, My head is turned away from the target which closes my left shoulder. I tried today at the range to focus with my right on about 2-3 inches in front of the ball. For the first time in 2 years I not only hit dead straight shots, I was hitting squarely on the sweet spot of the club face. I was gaining 15-18 yards per iron shot and more than 25 yards with all my woods. It was like a light came on. I can’t wait to go back out to insure this wasn’t a fluke. I had never thought about eye dominance and how it might affect the squareness of the club face, but this was a real eye opener (pardon the pun) for me today. Is this something you as a teacher look at with your students?

  3. 'Technique will influence speed'…going to repeat this to myself at the range tomorrow. Another great tip 👍
