Love this. After some golf instruction, I've been playing with a stronger grip the last year or so but have had fairly inconsistent ball flight, especially with irons. "Hands exiting left" makes so much sense and is such an easy action to focus. Good stuff.
Very much appreciated!! I have made a lot of improvements in my footwork with my irons but still have a long way to go. I think you are probably one of the best teachers out there because you explain the "why".
Thanks for this gem, mate! I've been experiencing this hook issue for weeks now as I've committed to a stronger grip. Might just be (one of) the missing links to my iron game. Will try this out tomorrow!
