The new Cobra KING Forged Tec and Forged Tec X irons represent Cobra’s latest additions into the players-distance category and game-improvement iron categories. The Forged Tec irons offer a compact players shape but a hollow body that delivers explosiveness and workability. The Forged Tec X irons, meanwhile, offer a larger profile and more tungsten weighting to deliver exceptional forgiveness and distance.

  1. I would love to see a comparison between all the Forged Tec years of irons. Are there 3 or 4 different versions?

  2. Could you compare these clubs with others in the same category (TM, Titleist, Callaway, Ping)

  3. I am very interested in blending the two and would love to hear your thoughts on a Forged Tec X (1* Weak) for the 5-7 Irons and Forged Tec (1* Strong) for the 8-PW…I tend to have trouble getting enough height out of my long irons and like the mix of forgiveness and playability that this combination could potentially provide.
