Too bad you can't really use it for anything other than competing, it would just disintegrate so fast if you tried to practice regularly with it.

no the Saucony Endorphin LD 3 is only 3.0 ounces
This is not lightest track spikes! This is the lightest sprint spikes!
For exampel Nike zoom victory is only 3.2 oz!
The nike zoom victory are not sprint spikes they are for 800m to 5000m, hardly sprint distances.

do not compare sprint spike with spike for long distances
these are the lightest and best because it is light weight with a full rigid spike plate all those other spikes you speak of can be bent to the point where the toe touches the heel. a hard plate is important for sprinting and you need something that won't break yup by the forces you put on it.

Just to be technical this is the lightest SPRINT SPIKE ever made. I have a pair of distance spikes that weigh 2.8 oz. so there are lighter spikes out there if you include spikes for distance.
Im new to tracks and i really need to buy one soon. Please help me find the right shoe by telling me what kind of sprinting spike should i consider in buying.

um. yk what i find weird. how these dont weight more. i say that because if they are really stiff they will be heavier. a md spike is typically the lightest
