⛳️I dive into a classic Tiger Woods performance and highlight what we can all learn about it from a sports psychology aspect. Tiger showed us what true focus and determination look like with an extremely mentally tough outing at the 2005 Masters tournament. It’s all about resilience in competitive golf and Tiger showed us how to bounce back time after time while remaining focused on the next shot and delivering some awe-inspiring shots along the way (especially on 16 😉). There is some context to the tournament which I’m sure a lot of people forgot about that makes his performance that much more impressive, watch the video and let me know what you think!
