Tracy’s ball lies on the wrong putting green so he must not play the ball as it lies. He must take relief without penalty.
Tracy lifts the ball & drops it within one club length of & not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief.
The penalty for breach of this rule in match play is loss of hole. In stroke play, it is two strokes.
