*PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS TECHNIQUE*
PROPER WRIST AND FOREARM MOTION SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO MUST BE DONE TO A SOFT END RANGE ONLY. NO STRAIN SHOULD BE FELT IN ANY JOINT. STOP IMMEDIATELY IF ANY STRAIN IS FELT.

Video shows a gripping technique for the lead hand in putting that helps stabilize the wrist and forearm against sudden undesirable motion in the hands during a putting stroke.

The technique reduces the range of motion in the wrist joint that allows radial and ulnar deviation, wrist flexion and extension, and bones in the forearm that allow pronation, supination,

Once the lead wrist has been stabilized, a golfer is also better able to regulate the application of force with the trail hand, which is typically a golfer’s dominant hand. A golfer’s dominant hand is the more sensitive hand in determining the amount of force applied while tossing or rolling a ball a specific distance. It’s use in a putting stroke to determine how much force to apply to a stroke can lead to more consistent and successful results.

This grip can be used with most popular putting styles.
