Five senior officials from clubs involved in the breakaway European Super League have stood down from their roles within the Premier League.
The developments see the departure of Bruce Buck (Chairman, Chelsea) from the league’s Audit and Remuneration Committee. Ed Woodward (Exec Vice Chairman, Manchester Utd) and Tom Werner, (Chairman, Liverpool) have both stood down from its Club Broadcast Advisory Group. Vinai Venkatesham (CEO, Arsenal) and Ferran Soriano (CEO, Manchester City) have both left the Club Strategic Advisory Group (CSAG).
