Week #3 – Hip Hinge Mobility Drills/Fundamentals
Head Golf Pro, Marc-André Piette, provides us with the reasoning behind why the hip hinge is such a critical part of your set up. Also provided are tips to maximize the correct amount of hip hinge at address PSP’s Fitness and Sport Instructor, Derek Lacelle, follows it up with mobility exercises which targets areas such as the hamstrings, gluten, and lower back. These areas are often the cause of rounding through the back rather than hinging through the hips.
