When hitting lag putts golfers are often worried about making the perfect size stroke. This leads to a lack of touch and feel. To combat this, hit longer putts on the practice green looking at the hole. This will take the focus off of the perfect size stroke and more onto the correct feel. Alternate between looking a the hole and looking at the ball to transfer this new feel.
