Barry has used this routine to eliminate pain and stiffness due to arthritis in his shoulders, it works!
Woke up one day and couldn’t lift his arms above his head.
He was told cortisone injections, other medications for inflammation and possible surgery might be required. However instead he did these mobility exercises in conjunction with Block Therapy. All major pain, inflammation and stiffness has been eliminated.
Always consult a doctor first if you are having extended periods of pain and other joint symptoms and make informed decisions that are best for you. Other forms of therapy and exercise may work for you as recommended by a qualified physician.
You don’t have to have arthritis for these to be effective. Use as a warm up prior to playing golf or as a break during the day to prevent stiffness. Sitting at a desk with poor posture for extended periods is a recipe for shoulder problems!
Do in the morning, before golf and after you play. No set number of reps, enough to loosen up, 10x, 15x, 20x, whichever might work for you. If you experience pain stop and see your physician.
