Welcome to Yoga With Tom! In this 35 minute unique yoga sequence you’ll be guided through a peak posture class that includes sneaky strength yoga drills for squat and hip health to build up to one legged or single leg crow pose.

During this power yoga class you will warm up with some mobility work for your hips, squats, and core, ultimately flowing through postures that will support leg strength and flexibility in your lower body. This vinyasa yoga flow for crow pose and its variations, such as single leg crow pose, will give you the opportunity to learn a new yoga sequence that will build power in your arms and shoulders, as well as confidence in your mind.

Yoga philosophy and mindfulness are always important elements in any asana practice. During this short intermediate power vinyasa yoga flow I invite you to consider the two yogic concepts of Abhyasa and Vairagya, or consistency and dedication in your practice, as well as non-attachment.
