I demonstrate how to do the fast backspin Windshield Wiper Serve in this tutorial. Some tips when doing this serve are:
* User your legs
* Change the grip to the Seemiller grip
* Be ready for a junky return because the sidespin will stick to the ball
* Hit the side of the ball and go forward with your stroke
* Create backspin by hitting down the back of the ball or the Southern Hemisphere

My setup is very good but also pretty pricey. When you buy table tennis equipment you buy the wood and rubber sheets separately and glue them on. You CAN use something like rubber cement, but I strongly recommend getting table tennis glue so that it will not peel up wood if you ever want to change or replace the rubbers.
