Created for The Player’s Championship, the TPC Sawgrasss HoloMaps Experience overlays historical PGA Tour data over a 3D model of the Sawgrass golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The experience allows a player to better understand his game through data visualization. He can view his whole game across the entire course, or focus on a single hole. Additionally, he can compare his own shots to those of his competitors either individually or overall.
The experience can be used alone or in a shared session, allowing golfers to collaborate with coaches and caddies on strategies for improvement.
