It’s been a big month for Spiranac, too
Spiranac is participating in the second edition of The Internet Invitational, hosted by Barstool Sports and Bob Does Sports.
The former collegiate golfer, who played at the University of Arizona and San Diego State University, played in the first edition last year. She finished in second place, with her three-person team losing in the championship match.
This year’s tournament has a $4 million prize pool, with the winning players each receiving about $1.3 million. The first round of the tournament was released in a five-hour YouTube video on Monday afternoon. The second video, which is also about five hours long, is set to be released on Thursday afternoon.
Spiranac is expected to play a major role in the tournament this year.
