More than 260 delegates from across golf and the wider sporting community came together for the inaugural England Golf Women & Girls Summit: Building a Game for Her, supported by Your Golf Travel.
Held at the East Midlands Conference Centre, the sold-out event brought together club representatives, volunteers, industry leaders, stakeholders and national governing bodies to share ideas, challenge thinking and explore new ways to attract and retain more women and girls in golf.
Featuring inspiring keynote speeches and thought-provoking panel discussions from leading voices including Dame Denise Lewis and Sarah Stirk, alongside experts from golf and other sports, the summit focused on creating a more welcoming, accessible and flexible future for the game.
Under the theme Building a Game for Her, conversations explored how golf can evolve to better meet the needs of women and girls, strengthen communities, provide more participation opportunities and support more women into leadership roles across the sport.
