How Far Can I Hit a 7-Iron With the Jim Venetos Swing?

How far can I hit a 7-iron with the Jim Venetos swing? I’m testing it at Westside Bunker on the GSPro simulator—four complete shots, building toward my best results.

My session estimate for the longer shots was around 200 yards total; the screen shows carry, and the final total wasn’t captured. Watch the full flight and rollout.

I’m a high-handicap golfer learning a system to become a low-handicap golfer, with a legitimate single-digit handicap as the goal. Follow my progress as I work on my swing, practice my short game in the backyard, and use simulator sessions to test my progress—then find out what actually holds up on the course.

I share what I’m learning, the setbacks, and the results—and welcome your input along the way. If you’re working toward more consistent golf and lower scores, subscribe and come learn alongside me.
