Perfect Lower Body and Upper Body Movement (Golf Swing)

  1. Maybe you know this feeling.

You work on shallowing the club in the downswing, and eventually you get it right. The club approaches the ball more from the inside and your shots become more consistent.

But then something else gets lost. Your lower body isn’t working as well anymore.

So you start focusing more on your lower body. That gets better, but suddenly you struggle to shallow the club again.

And before you know it, you’re going back and forth between these 2 parts of your swing.

This is a very common pattern in golf.

Need help combining both? Check the link in the bio.

And if you’re not sure whether you have the same problem, try the Golfskool Analyzer App, available in the App Store and Google Play Store. You can compare your swing with pro golfers, draw lines and watch your swing in slow motion. It’s the same app I used for this video.

  2. I just don't get how these guys can get their lead hip to go back and around so deeply. I've worked and worked on this and thought I was doing it much better (not like a pro) or at least had improved. I just videotaped myself yesterday and it doesn't appear I've improved one bit. I'm still pushing my pelvis a little bit toward the ball. It doesn't help I guess if you have some hip mobility and flexibility issues and you're 67 years old 😬😥
