One of my favorite swings in men's golf. But what does he mean by triangle down, on his backswing. Isn't it kind of like Kenny Perry or Linn Grant do on the transition to their downswing?

Freddy has the greatest swing ever but he has one you can't exactly replicate, very quirky and there's tons of things about it that don't make sense

Wrong. There is absolutely no need to help the ball in the air by hitting up on it. I dont want to here that i am not a Pro so he knows more than me. Just because he is a Pro doesn't mean he knows more than meabout how to swing a golf club
