Medinah’s newly transformed Course No. 3 provides a fresh test at 7,548 yards, with Geoff Ogilvy returning as International captain after helping oversee the redesign. great format and fantastic players but personally I find it a little dull compared to the likes of the Walker Cup, Solheim or Ryder Cups . Maybe it's because conditions are so benign or because the course is so groomed. Crowds probably don't help either.

Love Scotty and Sam on this team….. But- not playing together. Pretty good sample size now with Ryder Cup & Presidents Cup play that they really don’t have great chemistry. I realize they won their match today but more that they escaped. Easily could have halved or lost the match. Yes, close friends and both incredible players but just not together IMHO.
