Can't even finish watching the video, WTF is wrong with these people.
When I heard "fish should not even be in tap water because tap water has minute amounts of chlorine added", my first reaction was "WTF, who puts chlorine into the water that people drink and cook with and water their plants with?", but then I (German) remembered, "Oh wait, it's the USA." That chlorinated tap water is also used to mix milk powder for babies, wash any open injuries you might have, and when it goes down the sink it drains into the rivers, causing environmental damage, and in the end flows into coastal marine environments! No wonder so many rivers in the USA have chemical foam on them.
I remember, back in the 1990s-2000s when communes in France privatized their public water infrastructure as a "cost cutting/efficiency measure", the corporations didn't do maintenance on the pipes and filters (despite the 30 yr contract they signed stating that was one of their duties) and let them rot, and when water quality dropped the corporations simply put chlorine in (and tried to gaslight people by claiming chlorine in drinking water was the "fresh taste of quality water"), until massive public outcry in te 2010s made the cities buy back the infrastructure.
I'll bet he didn't fall asleep at this event.
