You are correct ! You of course did indeed speak about 7 and 9 woods and 5 7 hybrids – even a bag of hybrids !
Not to mention chippers LONG before others even mentioned them !

It's getting longer and longer before whatever club being tested gets revealed. It's not the club that will make people switch off, it's the dilly dallying. Most of the YouTubers (except Rick Shiels) are now at it. When you take into account having to ensure ads and the inevitable sponsor message, it's not worth watching. If people just started reviewing the club we'd keep watching
I have a Callaway Mini Spinner…11W. To match my 7W. For me it replaced my 5i and 6i hybrids. The only thing I'd change is to have it adjustable, especially to flatten the lie angle.
My 9 wood is Titleist GT1 24. I love it!

I'm improving at the age of 67 after starting again 3 years ago after a 40 year layoff. I had never broken 100. I added last year a Ping 5 & 7 wood to my bag with a 5 & 7 hybrid. I cranked the 7 wood up a couple of notches so it plays like an 8.5.
I am a slow swing speed- 70mph with my driver and they have helped enormously off the fairways. Cant get on with an Eleven 9 & PW but have added the Srixon ZXRi HL 8, AW & PW to my bag and the results have been sensational. I am dropping balls onto the green from a height.. They have even replaced my Chipr for bump & runs. This time last year I was hitting 120-130 most rounds. Now I'm down to 100-108 in my last few rounds and broke 100 with a 99 & 98 a couple of weeks ago after a lesson with Jeff Hatton (Tyrells dad). My short game has improved considerably. Just need to stop my driver going behind trees and I will be aiming for mid-90s.😂

I totally agree with you BUT, it’s a,most impossible to find pro shops that stock 9 and 11 woods. They are also double if not treble the price of an equivalent iron. Plus we have 5,6 and 7 hybrids which are cheaper than fairway woods. I now play a PXG 7 wood and a Maltby 9 wood. The Maltby was half the price from the states. Couldn’t justify the risk in price. I love my Maltby 9 wood. I also play a 6 iron and a 6 hybrid. The hybrid is great out of rough high launch but the 6i still gives the option of lower flight under trees and on windy days.
Ego's in golf is the undoing of many a good round, which would be better, if we swallowed our pride. It's not how, its how many that is meant to matter. When that clicks into the brain, we transfer into sensible golfers, rather than golfers who can't let go of the truth, why lose shots when we can shave them, by altering what we play with.
I bag 4 wood ,7 wood and a 9 wood perfect for me would love to just hit an 11 wood just to try but I’d feel if I did add one (11 wood) it would bunch up with the 9 but if someone was looking to add a 9 or 11 it would be worth hitting each one to see best results but 7 then 11 wood would be a good combo I guess aha. Love my 7 and 9’wood never leaving my bag ⛳️👌
Very interesting video, I'm hoping to return to golf after a hip and socket replacement . Now I have a PXG fitting centre near me and as a senior I find the idea of an 11 , 9 and 7 woods to my liking as I'm sure protecting my body is going to be an issue going forward , I will be checking your other videos covering this subject.
I've got a Ping G25 27 degree club in my bag, it's probably classed as a hybrid although it looks more like a fairway wood, it's a great club.
I didn't go anywhere! Ram Golf has a nice looking $100 27 degree fw, but they call it a 9 wood.
I went to a 6, 7 and 8 hybrid this Summer. The 6 hybrid is very much like this 11 wood. Get the club that is easiest to hit! Thanks Andy

Been playing a 9w for 25 years. I'll give the 11w a try.
I enjoy these odd bits of rational thinking. For single club purchase prices it might be a little expensive since a fairway wood does generally cost a bit more than an iron.
