Finally getting cortisone & regenerative medicine shots (stem cell treatment) on my back

Fun round at Oakmont with some of my favorite ladies! ⛳️🤍 I’ve been meaning to share this for a while 🙈

And Ah-hyun unni 😂 She’s a big time actress in Korea, but in the States she’s also my personal camera crew. Her dedication to getting the shot was NEXT LEVEL. 🎥😂 She seriously had me cracking up all day. And as if that wasn’t enough, she even surprised me with the cutest ball marker. 🤍

And can we talk about the snacks?! One thing about these ladies… they KNOW their snacks. Only the good stuff. 😂👏

I may look pretty normal swinging here, but the truth is, I’ve been struggling with my back for almost four months now. I haven’t been able to play nearly as much golf as I’d like, and even when I do, my swing speed is definitely slower and my body feels a little… creaky. 😂

Tomorrow is a big day for me. I’m finally starting my cortisone and regenerative medicine shots (including stem cell treatment) at OC Alliance Medical & Chiropractic. I’m excited and hopeful, but also nervous because… are we ever NOT scared of needles?! 😅 I’ll keep you updated along the way and share how my recovery is going.

After four long months of dealing with this pain, I’m really looking forward to feeling strong again, getting back to golf, and hopefully coming back with an even better swing. 💪⛳️

제가 너무 좋아하는 언니들과 오크몬트에서 즐거운 라운드! ⛳️🤍 계속 올려야지 올려야지 하다가 어쩌다 보니 이제야 올리네요. 😆

그리고 아현 언니 😂 한국에서는 대배우이신데 미국만 오시면 제 전담 촬영팀이 되사거든요. 🤣🎥 좋은 장면 하나 건지겠다는 언니의 열정이 정말 어마어마해서 하루 종일 얼마나 웃었는지 몰라요. 거기다 너무 귀여운 볼마커까지 선물해 주셨어요. 🤍

그리고 간식 얘기를 안 할 수가 없어요. 😂 역시 언니들은 간식도 진짜 맛있는 것만 골라 오시더라고요. 역시…👏 맛난거 주는 언냐들이 쵝오에요 🥰🙈

영상에서는 제가 제법 멀쩡하게 스윙하는 것처럼 보이지만, 사실 거의 4개월째 허리 때문에 고생하고 있어요. 그동안 골프도 마음껏 치지 못했고, 칠 때도 스윙 스피드가 확실히 느려지고 몸도 삐그덕거려요. 😂

그리고 드디어 내일! 저에게는 조금 중요한 날이에요. 코르티손 주사와 줄기세포 치료를 포함한 재생의학 주사 치료를 시작합니다. 기대도 많이 되지만 역시 주사는 너무 무서운 것 같아요. 😅 치료받는 과정과 회복 경과도 계속 공유해 드릴게요.

4개월 동안 계속된 통증에서 벗어나 다시 몸도 튼튼해지고, 마음껏 골프도 치고, 더 멋진 스윙으로 돌아올 수 있기를 기대하고 있어요. 💪⛳️
