The 2026 US Open runs from August 23 – September 13 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 146th time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Carlos Alcaraz and Aryna Sabalenka claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles. It was both Alcaraz and Sabalenka’s second US Open title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another spectacular tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. It brought tears to my eyes and a heart filled with Love and Pride for Taylor Townsend. I am a great recreation Tennis players for many years, been to loads of Matches and watched players from Teen to Adult. When Taylor came to the WTA as a Pro. John MacEnroy was absoutely horrible toward Taylor, he has Always been a TOTAL AXX and he SAID how he felt about Taylor. Look it up. Taylor did not let his Rude Disrespectful attitude stop her. Sinacova Texted her, asking if she would play doubles with her, Taylor said yes, and the rest is story. I wish them many many more Finals. Congrats!
