Kai Trump Gives Tour Of College Apartment And It’s A Far Cry From Dorm Life

Kai Trump’s tour of her digs at the University of Miami has plenty of lookie-loos ― more than 560,000 so far.

The president’s granddaughter, a freshman golfer for the Hurricanes who just started her first semester, gave a walk-through on her YouTube channel that revealed unsurprising luxury. A kitchen with a large island counter, bedroom, office, two bathrooms and a fireplace, “which I think is the coolest part of this.”

She pointed out a photo of Aspen gondolas to show off her love of skiing. “I actually hung up that myself,” she chirped. 

And of course there’s a “photo of me and Grandpa.”

The 19-year-old, whose parents are Donald Trump Jr. and ex-wife Vanessa Trump, tried to keep it humble in the clip (as she has struggled to do at times.)

“I’m very, very lucky to have this obviously as a freshman and very lucky to have this apartment,” she said. “It’s amazing. I really love it. It’s really nice coming home to no one. And after a long day on the golf course, it’s always nice to just chill here and do nothing.”

She recently posted an emotional video about leaving her family, but it looks like she’s settling in.

The younger Trump then pivoted to her state of mind on golfing. “My mental side of putting is not there, so I’m working on that a lot,” she said.

The student-athlete took a swing at vouching for the president’s normalcy at the Republican National Convention in 2024.

“To me, he’s just a normal grandpa. He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren’t looking,” she said. “He always wants to know how we’re doing in school.”

“Even when he’s going through all these court cases, he always asks me how I’m doing. He always encourages me to push myself to be the most successful person I can be,” she added. “Obviously, he sets the bar pretty high, but who knows, maybe one day I’ll catch him.”

If she wants to match Grandpa in interior decorating, she’ll have to add a lot more gold.
