Rock Falls Tourism will host its third annual Spooktacular Halloween lighted golf cart and UTV parade at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17.
Choose a theme, dress up in your favorite Halloween costume, and deck out your golf cart or UTV to be part of this glowing celebration. Awards will be presented to favorite entries.
The parade will kick off at Rock Falls High School on 11th Avenue, travel down West Second Street, turn north onto Second Avenue, turn left onto First Street, and finish at the MICRO parking lot on Fourth Avenue.
Registration closes Wednesday, Oct. 14. No walk-up registrations will be accepted.
Participants from Rock Falls and all surrounding communities are welcome.
